Warranty
It is important to me that you are satisfied with your Jayemar guitar or bass, and I look forward to a positive and professional working relationship with you. In the unlikely event that issues do arise, I hope that you will come to me first so that we can resolve them in a timely and effective manner. As a luthier and business owner, I have only my craft and my reputation to stand upon. If any faults, defects, or issues are reported publicly - via social media, forums, blog posts, or other announcements - prior to allowing me to inspect the instrument for warranty claims, this can only tarnish our relationship. Please read the warranty, understand the terms and conditions, and give me the opportunity to right any wrongs.
