The Wendy Ann reimagines the original Iris design as a bold double-cutaway guitar.  Its sweeping lines, set-neck construction, and distinctive "Jay" faux soundhole give it a character all its own while keeping its family resemblance unmistakable.
The Wendy Ann model includes:
Body:
  • Body core of light and resonant Oregon red alder
  • Body cap of contrasting, locally sourced, figured hardwoods
  • Beveled top and back edges
  • Engraved "Jay" faux soundhole
Neck:
  • Locally-sourced set hardwood neck with carbon fiber rods, double-action truss rod, 16 inch radius fingerboard, 24 jumbo frets (stainless zero), and Skur Composites glow-in-the-dark side and fretboard position markers
  • Multiscale fretboard, 12th fret neutral
    • 6-string guitar: 25 to 26 inches, 1-11/16 inch nut width
    • 7-string guitar: 25-1/2 to 27 inches, 1-7/8 inch nut width
  • Side-by-side or in-line angled headstock
Hardware:
  • Graph Tech Ratio or Hipshot Grip Lock tuners
  • Jayemar proprietary bridge plate with Graph Tech saddles
  • Pointed teardrop pickguard
